Here’s another idea –
Pose a question – such as
Off the top of your mind – what is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about the question:
“What would make this surgery better for me?”
Take a sticker (Post-it) – write it down and stick it in the area below (on poster)
Which can lead to
Have a read of other people’s suggestions:
“Do you agree? Would that help you too?”
take a sticker and add yours thoughts too.
Would need a little work to moderate it
and later we can put up a You said, we did response.
And so on…

Great idea. We need something like this that is visual, interactive and immediate. Let’s do it!
Waiting for our Notice Board to be moved so it is more visible in the Surgery. As at 28 October 2019 Janak says it should be any time now (as part of the redecoration of the surgery)
